Mom Finds Secret Worms in Her Daughter’s Pockets, and It’s Hilarious

Kids have an incredible ability to test the limits of your patience and understanding—not out of malice, but simply because they’re innocent and unaware of unspoken social norms. One of these norms? Going to the nail salon with worms in your pockets is generally frowned upon.

In fact, walking around with worms in your pockets is usually a no-go unless you’re on a fishing trip and need them for bait. Yet, young children don’t always grasp these nuances. One little girl, Kylee Grace, left her mom, Jenae, utterly shocked after a visit to the nail salon.

In a TikTok video that has gone viral with over 11.5 million views, Jenae and Kylee are seen strolling down the sidewalk post-manicure. Jenae casually asks her daughter if she has a worm in her pocket, leading to a hilariously unexpected revelation.

Kylee hesitates before admitting, “Yeah,” confirming that indeed she has a worm in her pocket.

“Why do you have a worm in your pocket?” Jenae asks, genuinely puzzled.

“I don’t know,” Kylee replies, seemingly unfazed.

When Jenae insists that Kylee take the worm out, the little girl produces a wriggling earthworm, leaving Jenae astounded. How could a worm survive in the pocket of a child for who knows how long? The worm is soon released back into the wild, but Jenae’s instincts kick in, prompting her to ask if there are any more worms.

To Jenae’s surprise, Kylee pulls out two handfuls of live earthworms, clearly happy to be freed from their pocket confinement. Commenters on the video found the entire incident hilarious, with many suggesting that Kylee should have a worm farm.

“I expected one worm, but she grabbed the whole family!” one commenter noted.

“Please get her a worm farm; she deserves it!” another added.

“Definitely a future biologist! Mom, get her a small aquarium filled with soil for her worms, and watch her thrive!” one enthusiastic user wrote.

Another person wondered, “How did she fit 37 worms in her pocket but only pulled out one? I’m crying!”

As for the origin of the worms, Kylee had collected them at daycare. Although she didn’t explain why she had them, her affection for worms was clear. Perhaps Jenae will take some advice from the comments and get Kylee a worm farm to nurture her newfound interest. Either way, laundry day is sure to become a slimy adventure!
