Well, one dad might have a few words for those mysterious “they.” A man behind the Instagram account Havea_676 shared a video that's now going viral for all the wrong reasons. In the clip, the dad has a sweet moment with his daughter, asking her about her day and what she was looking forward to the next day before bed. The interaction seems heartwarming at first, with his daughter answering his questions off-camera.
However, things took an unexpected turn when his little girl decided she had had enough of the questions. “Daddy, can you please stop with your questions? I'm trying to sleep, and also, your breath stinks,” she bluntly tells him.
Ouch. The dad, clearly caught off guard, doesn't know how to respond. He shifts away from her so his breath isn't directly in her face and simply says, “Goodnight, I love you.” And just like that, the sweet moment he was recording turned into an embarrassing roast session.
After posting the video, the dad found himself in the company of many fellow parents who could relate all too well. One mom shared, “Kids are brutally honest with no filter. I was helping my daughter button her shirt one morning and asked her if she brushed her teeth. She said yes… then there was an awkward pause before she frowned and said, ‘Did you? ‘Cause it don’t smell like it.' Needless to say, I don't help the lil heffa get dressed for school anymore.”
